What tools would you recommend?

    We are looking for a data visualization tool that is simple enough for non-designers and non-programmers to use. In general, we need a tool to create simple graphics - like pie charts and bar graphs - that can be used on our website and in our (mostly PowerPoint) presentations. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    I can recommend mathematica, we got a copy in the lab and I like it a lot (one problem obviously is the price). Another one I fall in love with is processing.
