In the UK, for Birmingham we got hold of the dataset of all ticket issues in FY09 for Birmingham City Council.
The data is available here(along with some Tableau graphs), as well as my initial analysis.

Anyone got a cool idea how we might use this data interactively, we are currently trying to obtain similar data for councils all across the UK (for the past 5 years)
