Can anyone post a tutorial on making a network diagram ala

with R or some other software that a somewhat ordinary user like me can do. I'm looking for sometime on the order of the treemap tutorial.
My data that is basically a org chart that I'd like to convert into an org chart graphic. Any other suggestions for quick, cheap, and easy graphics?
