Responsibilities
* Work alongside Media Buyer to build out ROI’s, models, lifetime value analysis for marketing campaigns, optimize our campaigns, optimize landing pages based on detailed analysis of costs, click rates, conversion rates and customer quality
* Analyze large quantities of data to identify new opportunities to build out models to acquire and re-engage users based on numerous sets of criteria (religion, age, country, interests, etc)
* Gain strong knowledge of various data sources and make suggestions to optimize reporting and operational efficiencies
* Create ad-hoc reports and analyze our current trends and marketing opportunities
* Maintain daily reporting and analysis using the analytical tools available
* Make recommendations on how to improve performance and maximize marketing profitability
* Create templates and automation tools for re-occurring reports and analysis
* Identify opportunities to optimize our current products looking at various metrics on a daily basis
Requirements
* 1-3 years of analytic experience in financial services, consulting, business analytics or similar quantitative field
* Proven analytical and quantitative skills and a passion for numbers
* Ability to create ad hoc spreadsheets and statistical graphs
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of SQL a plus
* BA/BS in finance, mathematics, or other quantitative field at a -top school- with strong GPA and SAT scores in Math.
* Ability to thrive in an accountable, highly entrepreneurial, dynamic and hands-on environment
* Strategic acumen coupled with a high attention to detail and the ability to audit his/her own work for accuracy and quality
