Network mapping

    I have a private wiki that I would like to map. Is there any reasonably simple network mapping software out there for this purpose.

    I have two goals from the network maps:
    1. To identify and understand key nodes and important links between the nodes.
    2. To identify smaller nodes and clusters that are not connected to the main node structure.

    I don't think any code has been released for this one, but Chris Harrison did some stuff with wiki viz too:

    Thanks. That yEd Graph Editor is very cool (not exactly what I need, but handy nevertheless). I am going to get in touch with Chris Harrison.
