We are looking for a freelance interactive data visualization specialist to help us out with a project. We would like to have someone on-site here in NYC for approx. 2 weeks to complete the project, and would pay for expenses and flat project fee for your time and for getting you to us.
The ideal candidate has:
-a love for making complex data "sexy" and easy to understand (a mix between creative thinker and a data lover)
-some Flash experience
-some Processing experience
-data visualization experience (send us a couple of examples of your work)
This project will entail some "consulting" type work to help us figure out how best to visualize some complex, layered sets of data, as well as some work in actually helping us to build an interactive visualization piece.
