I am looking for a place for data. I've been using Google Docs along with the visualization tools. And I've played around with Many Eyes. But I have this nagging feeling that there is something better out there that I don't know about. Was Goolging around and found this forum (which is excellent by the way!) and thought it would be frequented by people who have the same need.

@charrington - Maybe Swivel or Numbrary is what you're after? DabbleDB is also really good and more flexible. It's a user-friendly database that you can also use with web applications if you like. To go all the way tech, there's the free MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.

I have been testing out Amazon SimpleDB. It seems pretty sweet with plenty of potential for data storage or as a data cloud
