Hi all,
I'm trying to produce a good chart to visulaise the below data and wondered if you might have any good ideas!
It shows the proportion of mothers who work part time and the proportion of fathers who work very long hours in different countries.
The key point I'm trying to make is that the UK has very high rates of maternal part-time employment AND very high rates of long hours work by fathers. In other words, mothers in the UK work short hours to look after the kids while men work very long hours - ie, there's a very unequal distribution of caring and paid work.
I imagine a scatter chart might be best, but I'm struggling to keep things simple.
Any ideas very greatly received!
All best
James
